This policy tells you how delivery and pickup work for orders sent from this website.
Delivery area
We deliver in and around Shahada. If your address is far from us, we may ask you to pick up the order or we may decline it. We will tell you on WhatsApp.
Delivery charge
Home delivery has a flat delivery charge of ₹100. This is added to your total and shown on the checkout page and in your order message. Pickup has no delivery charge.
Timings
- We open at 11:00 AM. The last food order is at 11:00 PM.
- Please allow 20 to 25 minutes for your food to be cooked, plus travel time. Busy hours, rain and festival days may take longer. We will tell you the time when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.
Payment
You pay by cash or UPI when the order is delivered, or when you pick it up. No online payment is taken on the website. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can.
Pickup
Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order from Hotel Prince, Prakasha Road, Shahada. Please come after we confirm that the order is ready.
When your order arrives
- Please check the items and the bill when you receive the order.
- Tell the delivery person or call us at once if something is missing or wrong. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
If we cannot deliver
If nobody takes the call, the address is wrong or the order is refused, we may cancel the delivery. Food that has already been cooked cannot be re-sold, so we may ask you to pay for it.
Alcohol
We do not sell or deliver alcohol. See our Alcohol Policy.
