You do not need an app to order food in Shahada. At Hotel Prince, you choose your dishes on the website and send the order on WhatsApp. This guide shows every step, the delivery charge, timings and how payment works.
How to order in four steps
- Choose your dishes. Open the menu, search or use the veg and non-veg filter, and tap Add. Set the quantity and add notes like less spicy.
- Check your order. Open the cart, review items and the total.
- Enter your details. Name, mobile number, delivery or pickup, and your full address with a landmark.
- Continue to WhatsApp. Your order message is written for you with the items, rate, quantity, address and total to collect. Press Send.
Delivery charge and payment
- Home delivery has a flat charge of ₹100. It is added to your total and shown in the order message.
- Pickup from the restaurant has no delivery charge.
- You pay by cash or UPI when the order arrives or when you pick it up. The website does not take online payment.

How long does it take?
Every dish is cooked fresh, so please allow 20 to 25 minutes of cooking time plus travel time. Busy evenings, rain and festival days can take longer. We tell you the time when we confirm your order on WhatsApp. The last food order is at 11:00 PM, and we open at 11:00 AM.
Tips for a faster, better order
- Write a full address with a nearby landmark and keep your phone nearby.
- Use the notes box for spice level, and tell us about allergies.
- Order starters and breads together with your curry so everything arrives hot.
- Remember that once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
